Choosing to Remember

“Today we said goodbye. I found it so hard to know what to do. How to remember baby River and let go. So we did the simplest thing we could think of with our children. We watched 10 balloons sail off into the beautiful blue sky at sunset. I thank God for the gift of life and for giving us the strength to move forward and choose joy over sorrow.”
